We are the most well rounded outfitting business in Montana, offering hunting & fishing trips ten months out of the year. We are looking for hard working, high character individuals who are in the pursuit of a lifelong career in the hunting/fishing industry. We demand a lot from our staff but in turn you are rewarded with he opportunity for growth. There is no ceiling in this operation, how far you go is ultimately up to you. If you have an ego, you are not 100% committed, or not willing to put forth maximum effort while you work your way up from the ground floor then you will not make it here.
